- ⚲ Our home town — factory & showroom
Hartbeespoort is where every Cosmo shell is made. Our factory and showroom are here, which means the shortest lead times in the country — and you are welcome to come and watch your pool being moulded.
Made here, installed here
On your doorstep
The factory and showroom are in town. Come and see the moulds, the gelcoat colours and a finished shell before you commit.
Shortest possible delivery

Award-winning quality
NSPI 2025 National Pool of the Year for fibreglass — and our 2025 award entries covered both fibreglass and custom concrete builds across Gauteng.

Hartbeespoort questions
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, and we like it when people do. We're open Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, and Saturdays by appointment — call 012 640 4040 before you drive out.
Are pools cheaper if I'm local?
The shell price is the same countrywide, but local delivery is the shortest and simplest we do, which shows up in your quote.
Do you install around the dam and in the estates?
Yes — Pecanwood, The Coves, Xanadu, Melodie and the surrounding smallholdings are all regular work for us.
Can you reline my existing pool?
Yes. We reline in both fibreglass and marbelite, which renews an older pool without rebuilding it.
